Meeting with Virendra Sharma, MP for Ealing and Southall and member of the Joint Committee for Human Rights. Mr Sharma said following the meeting:
“As a member of the Joint Committee for Human Rights I am very aware of the rise in human trafficking, both in the UK, internationally and in India. My role as an MP means that I can have some effect on the issue of human trafficking here in the UK but, to date, I have been unable to impact on the issue in India. Supporting Odanadi UK means that I can do something positive for those affected by human trafficking in my homeland. I very much look forward to developing my relationship with Odanadi UK and hopefully to visiting Odanadi itself in the near future.”

Odanadi UK has received a £10,000 donation
Odanadi UK has received £10,000 donation from the profits generated from the book 'Mysore Style' produced by Graeme Montgomeray, Giles Kershaw and Mark Whitaker. It was published to commemorate Sri K Pattabhi Jois' 90th birthday in 2006; Pattabhi Jois is the founder of Astanga Yoga and resides in Mysore,
the home of Odanadi. The donation therefore originates from those thousands of yoga students who flock to Mysore every year. We would like to thank you all!
